I do agree with all your points, but I'm not sure I'm yet at a point where I can say I'm sure he's one. Have you considered Doc Cottle? That's the other guess I've seen thrown around and he also has a fairly prominent position.

I used to think Dee was a good choice, but she just doesn't have enough screentime lately.
