Granted, Donna did seem happy at the end, and I'd imagine before she met the Doctor (and kept trying to meet him again) she was fairly happy, but I still don't think it was his decision to make. He could have taken her to a fantastic planet to die on. (and her mom is just a bitch. Seriously, he brought her back safe and she will be happy again. Maybe if her mom wasn't such a nag.)

Eh, I don't know, but I have not been feeling the Rose love lately at all. I read the synopsis of the episode before I actually watched it, and brewed up some disgust for that ending (everyone I read it said that Rose was supposed to die, and I was fine with that), even if it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
