ooh yes I've heard that too. I'm also wondering that. I've been watching season 3 again and only just kinda realised how major Ziva's issues with her father are... I kinda wonder if his orders that got Rivkin killed would make her leave Mossad? I'm trying to think about what Tony and Ziva's working relationship would be like after this... and I have visions of Bones style councelling sessions lol.
