My dad was asking me today if I was going to do my PhD, and I said, NO... well not right away. OH GOD MY LIFE. And I started thinking about it a little, so we shall see.
I always go back and forth on whether I want more education. Right now, I definitely want to MAKE SOME MONEY, but I wouldn't be surprised if I ended up back at school. Probably studying something entirely new, haha.
Yeah, I mean that's the great thing about our generation! We don't have to get a job and then work it for the rest of our lives. Things can be temporary! That's not really an option our parents had.
Yeah! That's why even though I am scared... I am not terrified. Or I am but not as much as I potentially could be? It's not the end of the world if I have to work as a receptionist for a few years.
Yeah, one of my friends worked as a receptionist in a law office for a couple of years, then got into doing a little paralegal work and is now back at school for a master's in education . . . and her original degree was in psychology!
So you never know. That's what I'm trying to tell myself, too. There's something out there for me! (Probably would help if I applied for some more jobs.)

(I'm missing Farscape especially bad today--I'm used to watching an ep on Sundays!!)

OH ME TOO. Sunday is Farscape day! But I rather talk about it with you and Ney, so it's good to wait.

Same! And it'll give us something to look forward to. And this is your last week of work, right?

They offered me the same position next summer, so I think at least for now I will accept.
