I'm one of those people who really does forget to eat sometimes.
You all hate me now, don't you?
I mean, I'm sitting here, figuring out that today I had two cups of coffee, a piece of toast, and a muffin. And that's all. That's not healthy.
See, the problem in particular is lunch. A lot of times, I don't want to stop whatever I'm doing to go find something to eat, especially since I can't ever find something to eat!
So at three or four in the afternoon, I start getting dizzy, and realize, "Duh, I need to eat something." And then it's so close to dinnertime, I just decide to wait . . .
This is one of the reasons I'm taking Nutrition this quarter. Hopefully that'll scare me into eating right.
