Dec. 7th, 2007 11:28 pmSo I began my great Battlestar Galactica watch today with the miniseries.
( Thoughts on it with spoilers for all three seasons )
I guess it's a good thing I have all these DVDs to watch with the strike negotiations going so badly. I still support the writers and I doubt that will change, but I don't think anyone really knows the truth except the people directly involved. As an outsider, I feel like it can't possibly be that hard to come to an agreement, but what do I know? It seems more and more likely that this could be it for the TV season.
And my biggest selfish, tv addict fear is that Scrubs and Battlestar Galactica won't get the chance to finish out their seasons. Both of them came into this season, knowing it would be their last, and that's so rare that I was looking forward to seeing them wrap everything up. I know Bill Lawrannce has said he'll get the Scrubs finale done in some way, but what about BSG? I'd love the rest of my shows to get full seasons, too, but I'm reasonably confident everything else will (eventually) come back for more seasons. These two won't. And that just sucks.
