Alex! Poor Ben. He did love her.
First time I actually felt a little bad for him.
So Claire blew up, but she seems fine. And look at Sawyer being all sweet to her! Should I become a Sawyer/Claire shipper now?
My thoughts exactly! They are kinda cute together and I loved Sawyer in this episode anyway. The whole Hurley thing was great also.
This Jacob thing is really interesting. That Ben needs Locke to talk to Jacob and Hurley to find the cabin. I'm looking forward to finding out more!
And Ben controlling/calling the smoke monster! So does he have complete control over the smoke monster? Like, did he "tell" it to kill Eko? Or did the smoke monster do some of this stuff on its own?
Jacob AND the smoke monster, whoohoo!! Not that we know anything about them now but at least we're hopefully getting to know some more. Which most likely means tons of more questions though...
And speaking of deaths, did the boat people kill off everyone in Locke's group who's not a main character? It kind of seemed that way.

And how about that conversation between Ben and Charles? (I almost called him Caleb, still thinking of his O.C. character, but I finally came up with the right name.)
Can't wait to get to know more about their relationship either. How creepy was Ben?? Oh, and Charles is still Caleb to me too. He's Caleb wherever he is, I had the same problem on Ugly Betty.
Oh, and about the very first thing you wrote, I'm completely with you on that. I don't get all the bitching about shows either! Insulting the writers and stuff like that.
