Whoa. This episode seemed to veer wildy around. Not in a bad way, but wow . . .
At first, I was laughing at the Stanley thing because it's just like Michael to not know when he's actually being insulted, but then when Stanley started yelling at him? I'm not sure I ever thought I'd see an employee lose it like that! They might not like Michael, but they're protective of him.
And I'm finding Toby more and more unlikable. Was there any real validation for Jim's warning? I know he goofs around a lot, but my impression always was that he was a competent--maybe even good--employee as well. And, yeah, it sucks when you're into someone who doesn't like you, but Toby was unprofessional and just plain old wrong.
"If you propose to me in the Michael-meeting, I'm going to say no." Hee! In my head, Jim's been doing lots of fake proposals to Pam. Anyone with me? He's gotta have something spectacular planned for the real one. I'm excited!
Oh, and I wear glasses. Did you guys know that? I'm suddenly feeling very concious of the fact! Mine are much cooler than Pam's, though. (At least I think so. I suppose Michael wouldn't!)
Editing in on more comment: Did you all see Angela looking impressed at Dwight? Dwangela is SO back on!
I suppose I'll post again later about Lost and maybe Grey's Anatomy, but I was too eager to talk about The Office to wait!
