okay it was obvious. I just don't understand why they would hide something like this and instead said "oh it's not a tumor, it's a love story" and theeen come up with the "well it wasn't exactly a tumor, but yes, it's an aneurysm"...

it's just simply annoying and not worth of an Emmy, at all.
I used to love Izzie/Denny, but then again it was just that period of time.. Denny had to die, he did and it was amazing. but now they keep making him come back and blablabla.. boring.
