I only have one more gift to buy! I'm excited.

Yeah, that's pretty much my philosophy. I don't want to know, for example, who the final Cylon is, but basic details are okay.

That happens to me a lot, too. Generally, when I'm catching up on an old show, I pretty much know everything that happens. I don't mind as much, then.

My mom and sister both use "Yea", but I've always preferred "Yay." Looking at the answers, maybe it's an online thing or something!

Go you!! I got a huge chunk of mine done early, but I haven't bought anything for my grandma and I drew her for my family's gift exchange.

A big hell yes to whether you should catch up on Private Practice.
Season 2 is 100x times better than season 1. The storylines are morally/ethically interesting and they deal with some very contoversial themes. Plus there's a lot more character development, background info on Violet and Pete... and we meet Addison's brother.
And everyone on that show is insainly hot lol.

I don't know . . . it's kind of made me angry when I've tried watching it. Last season, I mostly kept watching for Violet/Cooper, which pretty much doesn't exist anymore. :(

Aw yeah :( I love them too.
Damn Charlotte King got in the way there. I'm addicted to it lol.

I kept thinking I was going to run out of room with my fill-in answers there. I'm a dork.

*pokes you and runs*

Heh. I think I'm the dork because I had to do some experimenting to make sure I had the maximum space for the fill in answers!

*pokes back*

no, see i'm the dork because i had completely forgotten that you can customize the size of the text boxes so as to allow more to be written!

side note - i can't decide whether to write you a grey's fic or a himym fic. i may end up doing both and giving you one, & playing the other off as another's, but yours as well. i'm having a similar problem with tori's fic - chuck, pushing daisies, or himym? i'm so confused. i put myself in quite the predicament. what say you? (yes, it's unfair to ask you, but dammit, i'm asking you! but i give you permission to ignore me. & tori can as well if she happens upon this comment--that is help or ignore me, heh. i feel slightly weird-ish/stalker-ish now, so...i'll bounce... ;)

I like reading little spoilers like the blurb in TV guide or something just to wet my appetite. But I'd be so annoyed to actually read something HUGE or something detailed. A vague idea of something is ok though. It just makes me more excited.

Ugh, for some reason it posted before I could fill in all the boxes so that's why mine are incomplete...

And then they kept yelling at me for allowing too much space! :(

Hey, I'll take anything! I guess whatever you're inspired to write? I'm still not working on mine. *sigh* Though I did finally get a couple of ideas last night. Just not for any of my requested fics. ;)

Yeah, exactly! I don't mind knowing a little of what to expect, but no details or big revelations. Though it also depends on the show. I keep reading Gossip Girl spoilers!

Ack. No worries! That's happened to me!

Well, I have ideas for each fandom, but you know how sometimes you have ideas, but as they're being written, you can completely blank? I'm afraid that may happen, so I don't want to have three incomplete fics b/c I couldn't force myself to do one. haha, but that's what i'm going to have to do - force myself to choose one, finish that, and then see if i can write the other things...

I did finally get a couple of ideas last night. Just not for any of my requested fics. ;)

That's one of the reasons I didn't want to take prompts - what if I couldn't work with the idea? So whatever way you choose to take requests, it can be difficult, so I understand. :)

(& yes, i'm being a stalker. i finally got out of bed & at the moment am putting off doing my chores to reply before I head out to the store)

YES. That happens to me all the time! But if I don't take prompts, them sometimes I have no ideas at all, so I guess it's a losing battle either way. Most of my prompts aren't bad, though a couple are for fandoms I've never written, so that's going to be a challenge!

And stalk away. I have nothing better do to. Er. Except for those fics. And my homework.

Like what's happening to me! I have general ideas of what I'll be writing for most ppl who requested things, but there are a few ppl w/whom I don't have as many fandoms in common, & those small fandoms are ones I haven't written for. And as you said, that's a challenge! Plus I think I'm going to have to write a Lost fic, & I never do well with those...

I really should try writing more fics, as well. I finally revised/finished one I've written, so I feel like I've already done too much! Oy vey. You still got homework? Oh, poor Katie. :(

I've attempted a Lost fanfic or two and they're HARD. I don't think I ever did manage to finish one.

Yeah, I've still got all this homework from being sick. And I'm better, but not really well yet, so I'm still not getting much done. *sigh*
