I loved this show when it first premiered and, though I didn't enjoy its winter detour into romantic comedy land, I'm glad to see it back.
I did miss Matt, Danny and Jordan, but I loved getting to see some of the others shine.
Cal, especially, was great as he seemed to be the only thing keeping the show going. And seeing him in so many scenes with Allison Janney gave me happy West Wing flashbacks.
Simon certainly got what he deserved! He's such a good guy in other ways, but, clearly, he's not the committed guy he sees himself as.
So glad to see someone (multiple someones!) point out to Harriet that there's no good reason that she and Matt aren't together. I've been thinking that since at least the fourth episode and maybe before that.
In other romance news, I'm glad Tom and Lucy are still going strong. They're the type of sweet, simple couple I love to root for.
I'm so bummed this show never took off. I remember now how very much I like it.
